Hi, I’m Heejae.
Welcome to my world! I am a versatile UX & Product designer with a breadth of experience. Design has been my passion since childhood, leading me to transition from earning two undergraduate degrees in law and international business to pursue my love for design. I find joy in creating innovative solutions and tackling complex problems. Meeting new people and hearing diverse perspectives continually enrich my understanding of the world.

Florida
My desire to live abroad began when I went to elementary school in Florida in the forth grade. I spent about a year there because of my dad’s job. I loved the weather 🏖, making friends at school👯♀️, trying new foods🍟, and even encountering alligators🐊.
Italy, Hong Kong, Germany
In undergraduate years, double-majoring in law and international business, I earned the opportunity to be an intern at GTEP (Glocal Trade Expert incubating Program). I went to Italy for the 2015 Bologna Zoomark 🇮🇹, the 2015 Hong kong gem fair 🇭🇰, and the 2016 Nuremberg Toy Fair 🇩🇪. I took a role in sales and interpreting for small and medium-sized enterprises at overseas exhibitions.
Prague
I lived in Prague 🇨🇿 for one semester as an exchange student. I enjoyed a city of romance for six months, and can’t forget the brilliant view ✨. I also experienced my first gala party 💃, and such an unforgettable moment I could never have had if I wasn’t in Prague. Tridlo is one more thing I can’t forget about, I miss the taste of it 🥐.
San Francisco
The first day I arrived in San Francisco was August 31st, 2022. Landing in this adventurous city was a heart-pounding moment ❤️. Studying design abroad was a dream that I always had in my heart. Now that I am here excited to to learn and seek something new in this city 🇺🇸. I am convinced that this city is a place where I can gain many experiences and opportunities 🤓. Can’t wait for another super day 🚀!
